Richenda is the Founder and CEO of ntegrity, a full-service agency that works with Australia’s leading not-for-profits.
She is a pioneer of transformational revenue growth within charities and strongly believes this growth will save more lives and create faster progress on equality and justice. Before starting ntegrity, Richenda worked in the NFP sector for 10+ years; from frontline social work to launching social media marketing at World Vision Australia and World Vision USA.
Richenda has been recognised as an ‘Industry Leader of the Year’ at the Mumbrella Awards, named one of Australia's 'Top Entrepreneurs to Watch' by Smart Company, and named one of the 25 most influential people in the NFP sector by Probono News.
She's a passionate donor, proud mother of two young kids, and an Ambassador for International Justice Mission in their work to end the online sexual exploitation of children.
