Rachael Karpman

Rachael is a Senior Marketing Manager with 15 years of experience in marketing and content strategy, branding, and campaign management. She centres her marketing efforts around high communication and story telling, taking time to understand both the desired audience and the USPs of whatever or whoever she is promoting. Rachael particularly likes to work in areas of impact including gender and health equity, access to justice, sustainability, mental health, and indigenous support.

Rachael has helped launch Buledya Services and Hear Me Out, and runs Portable dinner series aimed at facilitating meaningful conversation to drive policy change forward. Being able to share and speak about the incredible projects her colleagues are working on brings Rachael immense joy.
