Brandon is a CPA who brings over 10 years of experience across a range of finance roles and industries, including construction, agriculture, digital marketing and technology. He combines strong financial expertise with a commercial mindset and a focus on business partnering.

Having worked across businesses at various stages of maturity, from start-ups and high-growth businesses to complex corporate environments and global organisations operating across APAC, Europe and North America, Brandon brings a broad perspective on the financial challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a business.

Brandon is passionate about building high-performance finance functions that scale with the business, providing the insights, processes and financial discipline needed to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth. He works closely with stakeholders to connect financial performance with broader business objectives, helping teams understand the numbers and turn them into meaningful action.

Outside of work, Brandon is the Treasurer of Echonia, a not-for-profit organisation that promotes mental wellbeing through accessible sporting events while raising funds for mental health organisations.
