Portable People

Kathryn is an experienced people and culture, organisational development, and psychology professional with extensive experience and formal qualifications, including a Masters of Organisational Psychology, in the field.

She is driven to build strong working relationships with stakeholders to improve business performance through people practice. She is committed to maximising engagement and development for all employees. She has worked in both internal and consulting positions and has designed, implemented and reviewed a number of successful people solutions in areas including leadership development, culture change, employee engagement, team dynamics, executive coaching, diversity, performance management, competency analysis and frameworks, workforce planning, attraction and retention strategies, change management and psychometric assessment.

Kathryn is a registered Organisational Psychologist with a Master's of Psychology (Organisational) from Deakin University and 20 years experience working in the government, not-for profit and the corporate sectors in both consulting and internal positions, locally and internationally. She has worked on large scale projects across the entire employee lifecycle from assessment and selection, ongoing development, career transition and everything in between. She is especially practised in measuring and improving culture and developing leaders at all stages of their career and facilitates Portable's Leadership Development Training program.

Prior to leading Portable’s People and Culture team, Kathryn held positions as a Lead Associate at Hudson Talent Management and Organisational Development Consultant roles at Impactful Work, the Environment Protection Authority Victoria, Telstra and Deakin University.
