Whether it’s a single experience on one digital channel or an expansive experience across multiple channels, experience design can help to make sure it’s accessible, effective and harmonious so that it is easy for your organisation to maintain and easy for your audience to use.
We co-design every aspect of your digital experience with you from visual style to individual interactions, making sure to test and iterate with users along the way. Then we work with our technology team (or yours) to make sure what we’ve designed is accessible and scalable, supported by practical tools like UI guidelines.
01
Research and map out the current digital experience
We’ll start with a deep dive into your current digital experience to see where it thrives and where it needs improvement. We look at others in a similar space to you and speak to people in your organisation and your users to understand their needs.
02
Co-design and prototype together
Once the experience is mapped out end-to-end we’ll co-design a new experience with a mix of your organisation and your users. Discussing key requirements, generating ideas and designing prototypes of concepts as partners.
03
Test our ideas and iterate on them
We’ll make sure to validate what we’ve designed directly with your users, ideally doing a few rounds of testing so we have time to iterate and improve based on what we learn.
04
Provide expertise from build to launch
Whether our technology team builds the digital experience or someone else does, our experience designers can be on hand to offer expert knowledge and guidance. From accessibility best practice to flexible solutions for different devices.
