#### We are really excited to be continuing work on [YourCase](https://www.portable.com.au/case-studies/yourcase/). Together with our partners we want to create the best possible end-to-end experience for an individual navigating the justice system.

Work is well underway and we've started developing our evaluation framework. We're excited to be working with the [Sir Zelman Cowan Centre](https://www.vu.edu.au/sir-zelman-cowen-centre) at Victoria University on this part of project.

So far, we’ve come up with the following metrics to define and measure success:

**Victim Survivors**

- Increase in victim survivors’ knowledge about and satisfaction with the court process​
- Increase in attendance at appointments (third party and court related)
- Increase in victim survivors’ confidence in the criminal justice system
- Increase in victim survivors’ feeling supported and understood
- Increase in victim survivor’s ability to capture information relating to perpetrator’s behaviour, in order to share this with support services
- Increase in victim survivors’ ability to access personalised, flexible, culturally relevant supports
- ​Victim survivors’ satisfaction with the technical product experience provided in the form of a Net Promoter Score in the range of +40 to +50

**Courts**

- Increase in court attendance rates
- Increase in court-based support services (interpreters, Applicant Practitioners etc.) booked in advance of the court day
- ​A court that can fully demonstrate the user experience, end to end, which can be used as a model for scaling out to other courts in Victoria

**Third Party Providers**

- Third party providers have a 15% increase in the first year of met appointments

**Technological**

- A fully deployable platform in scalable infrastructure​​​​
- Ability to lodge FVIOs directly from application
