Many people are trying to complete their 2019 projects, negotiate end of year celebrations, and either plan for their time-off or for the work they will get done while others are out of the office. But reflecting on what you've achieved and taking the time to congratulate those you worked with, as well as thinking about what you're aiming for next year, is a great way to finish things off. If nothing else, it is an opportunity to take stock and ensure your work aligns with your purpose.
